I pay for a NOW TV CINEMA PASS and have just upgraded my BT subscription so I get NOW TV channels on my BT BOX. Both use the same email address but when I use the NOW TV app on my BT BOX it has the BT entertainment pass but not the cinema pass. I'm automatically signed in under my bt username but If I log out and sign in with my email address it had my cinema pass but not the entertainment pass. Any idea how to link them both?
