Hello, 

 

I signed up for a SkySports pass for 1 month on the 10th with the sole purpose of watching the three Formula 1 races which fall within the month of the pass. 

 

I have just spoke to a live chat operator who has told me refunds are on hold currently as some races are still postponed.

 

All I have asked for is to have the pass credited to my account so I can use it at a later date. So basically no refund for me!? I have said that they are not providing me the service on which I paid for the pass  which was advertised the three f1 races as I don't have any interest in anything else.

 

Can somebody advise me on what to do about this as I feel this is poor service, I have asked for a credit for use on a later date but to be fobbed off.
