I have just signed up to broadband. Fibre was not an option for my address. I agreed to £18 per month.
3 times a link has been sent to me to create my online account and when I enter my postcode, 4 digit card number and account number for Now TV it says something went wrong and I need to enter the details I said when I orderd the broadband hub?!
Well the postcode should be correct as I received the hub, my bank details are correct as I've been charged (£33 instead of £18) and the account number I've taken out of the 3 emails! Any ideas?
Also why would I be charged £33 and not £18? The lady from Now tv customer services confirmed it would be 18 a month when I called up to order.
Not a good start!

I’m having same issues trying to create the account with my details also.
rang up multiple times, nobody seems to be able to fix it…
