I emailed om Monday regarding being charged twice for an entertainment pass when it was cancelled in February. I got a response asking me to confirm that I wanted to cancel and they'd look into a refund but now everytime I try to reply, even to the original email it keeps bouncing back! I am at work and do not have the time or patience to speak through live chat.
My email response:I can confirm that I do not want ANY active passes on my account. I have never signed up for a cinema pass. The only active passes I have ever had are entertainment and I want them all cancelled with immediate effect so not to be charged by NOW TV for anything and a refund for the 2 months you have charged me that I have not watched.
