We got a new now tv stick and we got the movies free for a month but I couldn't afford to keep it going, and it took money out, but I did cancel it after as I thought I already did.
I was wanting to know if I could get the 11.99 refund

You can’t talk to anyone. Live Chat is done by typing.
You should have been able to type to someone who could help you, though.
