I used to have BT TV and my NOW TV Entertainment subscription was part of the BT TV Package.
I have since moved away from them and want to continue my subscription with NOW so I need to change my payment details. However when I go to payments page it says I have to manage it the my BT TV package which no longer exists.
My NOW TV account shows no membership so I am assuming I need to re-subscribe to the Entertainment package but I'm not 100% sure if this is correct.
Can anyone help?

Jump onto live chat and speak with staff to see what can be done. Make sure to click "chat online" within the green box and don't hit "get help quicker" as this is a bot.

Are you still a BT Broadband customer? If so, it may be worth checking with them that your TV service with NOW has been fully cancelled. Either way, the easiest and cleanest way forward may be simply to start a new NOW account with a different email address.
