I've been billed AGAIN for this month despite cancelling my credit card, and closing my account.
I don't know why this keeps happening, and despite repeated attempts to close it nothing happens.
I've checked my account and it says no payments have gone through. Please help

Tell your card issuer that you wish to cancel the continuous authority in favour of Now TV.
Under the new regulations, the card issuer MUST act upon this request and refuse any further attempts by Now TV to extract funds from your card account.

You have a second account on the go. Rack your brains, and have a trawl through your old emails, to see if you can find it.
Failing that, get on to Live Chat, who will be able to find it from your payment details, and restore it to you, or kill it off, maybe, if that is what you would prefer.
This is preferable to cancelling your credit card, which as you have seen can be ineffective, and maybe get you a collection agency on your trail.
