I can't cancel my subscription (still in the free 30 day pass) - when I click on Manage My Account as suggested, it says I have no subscriptions. I definitley have one as I can view Now TV movies on my Xbox! Help please!

I am trying to cancel but the My account link takes me to the homepage.
@Anonymous User if clicking My Account takes you to the homepage, you've logged in with the wrong username. It's possible to have multiple Sky iDs and only the one attached to NOW TV will work. If you've had Sky Broadband or TV in the past your browser may have auto completed your old username. Try other usernames you might use or the forgotten username link on the login screen.
Also you could look through your emails for communications you've had with NOW TV and see if any of these include the correct one, or load the app which you've been watching on and check the settings to see which username is on that.
Once you've got the right one, clicking My Account will show the passes and you can cancel them with a few clicks.
hi im 17 and need your help. you see i subscribed to now tv just for the 14 day free trial however i didnt know you had to cancel the pass on the last day and i didnt know it was auto renew and now im have -£7.99 in my bank account and it was the first time i ever gt somethinglike that and i was wondering if you could please just restore the money so i can cancel my pass because i cant cancel the pass as it says you cant get the money or something. please just help me

Thanks for getting in touch. Sorry to hear you've had troubles cancelling.
The auto renew button is usually right there after clicking Manage My Account! I promise that we try to make it as easy as possible for people to manage their own subscriptions.
That said, if your subscription/payment details do not appear for you, it may be the case that you're signed into an inactive account. Usually no further action is needed on an inactive account.
If you've definitely got an active account, then you'll need to ensure you sign in with those details instead.

If you sign in using the correct details, you should be able to cancel in the usual way.

I have been trying to cancel because of techical issues and limited choice of movies. I have just had my account debited for another month. Each time I tried to cancel it rejected my request and offered another deal. It is ridiculous that I cannot call and have no email address to complain to

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/None-of-the-above and hit the Contact Us box on the left of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat option (8am - Midnight). There is also an option to email NOW TV on the same page.
