Hi,
How can I remove all my details from the NowTV website. It states that my account will be reactivated I watch another movie. I don't want this option. I want all my details (credit card, address, email etc) deleted after the trial has ended.

I thought I had cancelled my subscription way back in March as I was made redundant so needed to save as much money as I could. I called spoke to someone on sky who told me to cancel through my bank. Thought it was weird do went online cancelled my passes and for good measure went into my local bank branch to stop my direct debits too. Only for today to find out nothing was cancelled and I've been charged twice every month since march. I'm extremely upset/destressed as its a lot of money to someone with no income. HELP!!

The most probable reason why this is happening to you is because you've somehow created more than one NOW TV account... And you cancelled the in-active one. Which happens quite a lot!
That being said, provided you have not viewed any content (which the NOW TV people will thoroughly check) you should be able to get all (or a proportion) of your subscription payments returned to you by contacting a NOW TV representative via the forums 'Live Chat' facility.
The easiest way of accessing 'Live Chat' is by using a Windows or Mac computer, along with various many makes and models of mobile phones and tablets (provided their screen resolution is high enough). Here's what you need to do: -

No it really isn't my day considering I had to call my father's house to check no one had been using it. As without going into too much detail I had to leave the house quite quickly due to a untrustworthy brother anyway my father thinks said brother has been using my box without permission 😢

I need to cancel my account and the associated email address...no passes and never used...the email address associated with this account needs to be removed....live chat help just says..."computer says no!!!!!" about 40 minutes of live chat was fruitless terrible service....
Help....I also want to lodge a complaint and cancel.
