Enquiry about renewing a "no contract" broadband package in next month

For the "no contract" package which required the installation fee ( £60 set-up cost), do I need to pay this setup cost AGAIN when I renew it in the next month to continue the services?

Not a broadband customer with NOW, but I would highly doubt that they would charge the set up fee just to continue your contract.
