Contact Phone Number & The Mystery Of Customer Service

I’ve been trying for hours to find the contact number for now tv.  What a waste of a bank holiday. Various issues I’ve had have not been resolved. There’s definitely a number as I spoke to them last week but I have no idea how. I shouldn’t have this nightmare every time as I can’t even get onto the live chat. FML & internet

The chatline is unusable and there is no phone. Isthere any form of customer service one can use?

The only thing that seems to work is taking money for passes and then making it impossible to watch any progs.

We'll that's great, seems like a tactic to increase revenue. Well guess what it also increases churn.

It's great to use technology to serve your customers, but your chat bot's are DUMB and I haven't even got a field to type.

Bottom line is I cancelled a day after subscribing to broadband and I'm still being charged for TV that I didn't ask for, and now I've been going round in circles in this ###### application online with no joy.

I will forever more have bad words to say about now TV!!!

@RoyB I didn’t realise this. My internet isn’t working, I’ve tried all the fixes and it hasn’t come back on. So are you saying I can’t get any support for this issue?

Out of all the broadband threads that DO contain the number and or link to number for the broadband team you posted on a thread that is 4 years old and the original poster is not on the forum anymore.

@RoyB When i try and contact the live chat it asks me for reasons and when i click cancel membership i get a blank screen with no further information, i have no memberships in my account yet NOW TV are taking 2x34.99 per month! how can i stop this
