I cancelled my account a while ago but you are still being charged £9.99 can you put a stop to this

You will have to contact NOW live chat, where the Community Forum is predominantly customers helping out fellow customers and we won't be able to help when it comes to Account related matters.

I am assuming you haven't got a second account active that needs the Membership to be cancelled if there is no active Memberships on your online account you have checked ?
