Good afternoon.
I have an active pass for Now TV entertainment package, being charged via BT TV.
The main BT box in the living room, has the Now TVs working on it but it will not connect my other 2 NowTV white boxes in other rooms.
I have reset both boxes but still asking me to buy a pass?
The chat option is a waste of space as it it not covering my question for help, the phone number given is only for NowTV broadband.
Desperately need your help community.

Perhaps tag the OP in the thread link above to see if they have resolved it or got an answer from BT TV customers over on the BT Community Forum.
