To whom this may concern,
I would like to cancel my Now TV movies pass as I no longer have a need for it. Unfortunately, there is no option given to me to cancel the pass, nor does it actually show up. Though it does show in my billing that I have been charged £11.99 for the movie pass, and will continue to do so on a monthly basis. As the live chat is off because of COVID-19, I have no other means of contacting customer service to seek help as to how I can cancel my pass.
