I cancelled Sky Cinema a little while back as I never use it (OH does). Then I discovered the OH had signed up to a 7 day free trial - ok. So a day before the end of the free trial I logged in to cancel it so I didn't get charged and after about 3 different screens trying to convince me to stay, I was offered a 3 month free trial. Great so I took the offer.
Now I have been charged £3.00. I've double checked my account and I do have a 3 month free trial so my question is why have I been charged. Grateful for a response from anyone else in similar situation, or even NOW TV.
