Please help, I am going crazy with this awful service.

I have a GB NowTV account. I have moved to Italy. I want to subscribe to a membership, in Italy.
There is no option to change the country within the details of my Account, so all of the offers that I am receiving (logged in) are for UK.
If I try to just register as a new member in Italy, for a new Account, NowTV recognises my email used and says that I already have an Account. If I log in and follow the steps, it sends me back to the UK.

The dumb chat on the website doesn't even provide the option for "Other" when it comes to Account Management selections.

How can best fix this/get in touch with someone?

If the Italian Now won’t let you join because it recognises your email address as a UK membership, and there is no mechanism to change this, then this is a bug or limitation in the Now software, and perhaps the Italian Now is more closely linked with the UK Now than it should be 😢

But the solution is straightforward. With Google handing out gmail addresses like confetti, just start a new one, as Italian as you can make it, and subscribe to nowtv.it using that.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

You won’t like this answer, but here goes. Now is only available in the UK (the Irish version is only available in the Irish Republic). So, as you are now in Italy, you will never be able to watch Now. Some people have tried using a VPN to game the system, but Now can spot this and deny access. Sky is available in Italy, but whether the same programs are available, I don’t know.

Yes, it seems to be really limiting. Even the chatbot is designed in a really bad way, where I can't select the option "Other" or "Speak to an agent".

Appreciate what you are saying in regards to creating a new email address, but I don't want to have the extra hassle of handling a new one.

It's appalling that I have to spend 3 hours to figure this out, with no service offered from the provider's side or no proper information. I will probably go with another provider.

Was available in Spain sold simply as "Sky" ( now discontinued)in Austria as Sky X https://skyx.sky.at/ in Germany as Sky Ticket - since rebranded as Wow https://www.wowtv.de/ USA as Now TV under the comcast (Sky UK's parent company and owner) brand/xfinity https://www.xfinity.com/nowtv
