Glitch on system took money but didn't give me the services I paid for

So I have just bought a sports day pass, as we were checking out the system seemed to glitch and go back to check out. I checked my bank app, the money has been taken but I haven't been given the day pass, then checked my account on here and my last payment was a while ago apparently. Will this get credited back into my account please? Thank you.

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ on this screen. This leads to the Nowbot, an AI bot that might well assist you in navigating the Help; but as you need to talk to Live Chat, you have already gone beyond that, and all the Nowbot can bring you is frustration.

 

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
