Billing discrepancy in the last 4 months..(taking more money from the account without my consent)

Hi.. Without my consent or communication from NOW, they have changed the monthly pricing twice in the last 4 months... Tried to speak to the customer service and while speaking the executive, the calls are getting disconnected and not calling me back.. 

Frustrated with the service and looting the money.

Is this in relation to broadband, or TV?

OK, give them a call on 0330 332 3050, they won't respond here I'm afraid. Or try the complaints number: 0800 759 1213.
