I cannot access my billing details in order to cancel my subscription. I have been charged and have never even used Now TV!
The payment details screen says “oops something went wrong”

How come you have an account with NowTV then?
(Genuine question - this seems to happen quite often, so I wonder how NowTV have got hold of your bank account or card details? I’d be worried if this happened to me).
