I renewed subscription on my settings on my Apple ID I went to login on the NOW TV app on both accounts I’ve used in the past and neither of them are linked up with how I paid so I’ve paid the £9.99 cause I renewed it but now I can’t watch anything because that’s not linked up with either of my accounts

You need to log into the app with the account that has the active memebership. 

Would it not make sense to get one of the other accounts closed so it is easier to manage?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
