canclling

how do i go about cancelling my broadband and calls, i have a photo and video of the internet connection failing and dropping in and out. 

i want to switch to sky and get fibre as my current speed is 3mb 😞 Please can someone advise do i need to call them

Have you tried a search on the forum because there are endless threads with the number in it?

Your saying your connection is failing and dropping. Is this via Ethernet or Wi-fi?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

this is wire straight to the mother box, so ethernet cable. 

the line is shocking, and i have changed the line with now tv three times and still bad

Perhaps it's best to get NOW to arrange with OpenReach for an engineer to get sent to investigate. As it sounds like a fault somewhere on the line. 

Could be an issue as far back as the cabinet. Even if you move provider you could have the same issues because NOW and Sky both use the network maintained by OpenReach.
