can't login to app on i phone/ipod/ipad

hi, i keep having the same error message  when i type in my user name and password on any of our apple devices. it reads sorry, your sign in details aren't recognised.

@Anonymous User Ah yes, I remember my holiday in Portugal in 2014. It was the first time I'd ever been on a plane! Oh I wish I could jump in the hotel pool again, it was heaven! Smiley Wink

Too bad the sun cream didn't work though 😞

 

I had to go without my tablet for the whole week though 😄

Yes I was using vpn,now turned off and it's working,thank you for your help
