speed below guarantee

Activated a couple of days ago after engineer had to connect line in cabinet.

I have a minimum speed guarantee of 62Mbps and estimated 68-74Mbps but only syncing at 22Mpbs.

Is it worth a line reset now or to just wait a week or two and hope it speeds up.

here is my router stats https://imgur.com/a/9yZqOfh

Many thanks.

@bbsb

Hang fire as the first 10 days the speed should fluctuate.

Looking at your stats. I very much doubt it is going to get any faster, and certainly not reach the 60's.

From what you say, is this a new connection, or have you swapped from another provider?

Are you connected to the master socket with the supplied filter and no telephone extension cables.

New connection. A engineer had to connect it up in the cabinet after the activation.

Connected to the test socket with supplied filter and phone socket extensions also plugged into filter.

I can eyeball the cabinet and exchange ~400 meters away. I did not think the stats are too bad?

Also tried with unfiltered telephone extensions and that had a bad affect on line attenuation.  Will keep them filtered at test socket until I get around to fitting a dedicated faceplate.
