@Anonymous User Activation on your activation date can be any time up to midnight. However if today is your activation date and you've had an engineer visit then it shouldn't be long - although they usually have to go to the exchange and/or roadside cabinet to do additional work. You can plug your NOW TV Hub in and connect it up and once all three lights are green you should be up and working.
