new hub2 and broadband connection

Hi,

I've received a hub2 which I ordered by phone via support.
But the Internet light is red and it says the password is incorrect (the one on hub2).
I can't find the activation date on a box or in my account. Also, the account doesn't show any memberships and payments.

When I click Check my go live date- it shows :

Nothing to see here

Weird! Give the broadband team a call, make sure to be signed in and use the 'How to get in touch' drop down for the number.
