disappointing broadband

My broadband went live on 9/1/23, every day it drops out at approx 11:30am, this is frustrating as I work from home and can be in teams meetings when it happens. I then have to run up and down stairs trying the connections. Very poor service.

A drop at the same time could indicate something causing interference.

 What internet service provider did you have in the property before now broadband?

 or is this a new connection - that is you have recently moved in, or were using an alternative source for your internet ( mobile network, wimax, virgin media etc)
