Waited for 25 mins on call to talk to CC

Getting 10 Mbps on mobile in a plan guaranteed with 67 Mbps, tried to reach out to Customer care they given estimated waiting time of 15 mins, waited for 25 mins but no luck. Will definitely switch to other ASAP.

How long have you been a customer with NOW for?

Have you done a factory reset to the router and also split the bands indicated in the link below?

Wait times for the call centre has been beaten up over the last few days. Mainly down to the price increase. Have heard some folk wait up to an hour.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
