Internet hub isnt working

I need a new WiFi router/hub mine isn't getting any power to it. Its all plugged in but it isn't working at all.

This is a customer forum, so you won’t get any broadband support whatsoever on here. You need to call the broadband team using the number in the link provided by @Jayach 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Check the wall socket by plugging something else into it.

Make sure the power cable is fully pushed home into its socket on the router.

Make sure that any power switch on the router is On.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
