Not via Now, but there are other ways to get it temporarily. Mobile and hot-spotting, plus if you can see a BT open Wi-Fi there is Get wireless Internet | Find wi-fi hotspots | BT Wi-Fi (btwifi.co.uk)

To follow up from @Jayach your go live date is set by OpenReach and it is extremely unlikely they will have anything sooner.
