Re-installing now tv player

I'm having problems with buffering when watching now tv on demand via my laptop. I'm pretty sure that re-installing the now tv player, or getting an update for the player will solve the problem. However, I can find no way to reinstall now tv player or get updates for it, can anybody help?

Hi @mikeyb1986 

NOW have ditched the NOW Player software, where if using a PC or Mac you use your internet browser to watch NOW from now on.

Maybe test out on two different internet browers to see which one works best.

If you don’t want to switch browsers, try deleting the cookies and data.
