We cancelled our Now TV due to poor streaming quality. We were keen to watch the new House Of Dragons so signed up for a free trail and allowed the membership to kick in. However the streaming quality is so poor we have once again cancelled.
Every time we lodge a complaint we are told don't use multiple devices, we aren't, it's our Internet connection, check the router bla bla bla.. we are very close to our super-fast broadband exchange, we only ever have one device connecting as there are only two of us living together.
We never have streaming issues with any other provider, Netflix, BBC I player or Amazon Prime, only Now TV.
I hope that HBO do go independent in the UK and can provide a better streaming quality to their customers as evidently NOW TV don't care.

What Now Broadband plan are you on?
What speed we’re you promised, and what speed do you get?
How does the poor streaming quality manifest itself?

We're not on NOW broadband, we are with Zen Internet, 35Mbps down 6Mbps up
We're streaming and every now and then the picture goes totally blurry like a badly compresses Mpeg. stream quality "90" shows and then comes eventually back...
No other devices are using bandwith in the house it's just the TV that is on...

That’s not right, even for Now. Have you had a chat with Zen ?
