I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with NOW services. The activation delay, prolonged wait, unfulfilled promises of updates, and rude agents have left me appalled. Your company even canceled my account without my consent and mishandled my complaint.
Activation Delay: My Broadband activation missed the agreed date, causing weeks of inconvenience.
Failed Communication: Promised updates within three days were never sent, leaving me in the dark.
Agent Behavior: Rude agents and unfulfilled callback promises demonstrate a severe lack of professionalism.
Unauthorized Account Cancellation: My account was canceled without my approval, a breach of trust.
Complaint Mishandling: My complaint was closed without my authorization, ignoring my concerns. (complain ref: 12793718)
NOW Company's actions have been inexcusable and reflect poorly on your commitment to customer satisfaction. I expect swift corrective action to address these issues and restore my faith in your company.

The issue remains unresolved. I attempted to contact customer service, and they assured me of a callback, but as usual, no one followed through on the promised call.
I am considering involving Fcom to assist in resolving this matter.
I think you will find that you are bound to an alternative ADR than Fcom.
Fcom is a company or service I can’t find anywhere anyway 😢
