Lost my debit card, got a new one and now tv emailed to say it can't take payment.
I click on the update my card link and it sends me back to the beginning again and again.
No chat advisers, no call centre, email address didn't work .
Now tv, you're going to lose money and customers through your own inability to provide any customer service.

My card was lost. I updated it. in January. I went into hospital for duvet and in March I wanted to watch my now tv app. I couldn't watch as my card number was wrong and if missed 2 months payments. I re entered my card details and confirmed, I was told that the nominal £1 was being taken from my bank. Then I realised the last 4 digits of my card number had been altered. I tried another 7 times using a mixture of scanning my card and manually inputing. Still altered the same last digits. I've had enough!
Any answers out there, please?
