The issue started in the evenings (Tuesday, May 3rd); hopefully the Internet will come back. I mean that's why I pay. Could be that I ask too much ?
I hope it will come back quickly, I have to send an important email. I just have to wait until the planets align properly.
It's almost 1:30AM, but the Internet is back again. Now I can send my email.
This NOW Broadband is very "exciting". You never know when it stops working.
Maybe give the broadband team a call in the morning to complain and ask for investigation to why it went off?

It's not something new; last year the disconnection was happening every 3-4 days, for 5-10 minutes max. Now it takes good minutes (or even hours) until I have allocated an IP.
I contacted them and they "fixed" the issue ...not. I'll contact them again.
