When I run through a technical check, each time it says something is wrong, so it will carry out a line test but then freezes. For example, it's been running for twenty minutes now and nothing has happened.
I work during the day, so cannot run this tomorrow and then contact someone (I'm going to be back late tomorrow evening) - but would be helpful if someone at NowTV could run the check from their end and see what the problem is.
Internet is working, however its nowhere near 11m/s - and now it keeps freezing on the technical checks

Managed to finish the check.
It said they were going to send an engineer but then internet died completely after I entered detaileds for the engineer.
Live chat is also not working.
Documenting here so compensation clock will start from now.

Just in case admin see this - the engineer appoitment is confirmed as booked.

Just to further update - sadly, the engineer hasn't turned up.
