I am a Now broadband customer, I would need to change my connection to static IP ASAP. How can you help please.

NOW broadband do not offer static IP addresses. Info and a couple of suggestions mentioned in these for example:

Very few consumer ISPs offer a static IP address.

If you say why you need a static IP then further advice may be given
