Speed is good internet pages not loading

I have good internet speed and it's working on my applications but internet pages are not loading on my laptop or my phone. My friend is also been round and he can't get any of the internet pages to load I'm not sure what the area is? 

Any advice or recommendations would be welcome

Have you split the Wi-Fi bands? This might help with mobile phones

Can't see splitting the bands helping. It sounds like DNS isn't working. Try rebooting the router. Factory reset if possible.

I’m not clear, re your phone, if you are using it via WiFi on your Now Broadband, or via cellular on your mobile ISP.

if the former, switch off the WiFi on the phone to force it cellular. If it now works, set Broadband Buddy on your Now Broadband to age 18, or turn it off altogether.
