Internet has cut out multiple times daily

Internet has been dropping out every half hour or so, daily for the past 5 days, I can't work out how to contact customer support, does it even exist? The service status tool checker has just been "loading" for the past 40 minutes (after having to refresh it due to the net cutting out AGAIN)

Have you tried searching on the forum? As there is endless threads with the number to call.

Good morning Gavs,

On the technical checker I've been sat for over an hour now with a loading circle and a message saying:

"We're just checking your services.
It won't take too long"

I had a super fast scan on the forum to see if it was active, but didn't think to search for a number there that's super helpful, thank you.
