Lost Internet in other rooms

Hi do Now do a WiFi booster as I've got no signal in my kitchen or if I do get one it goes off within a few minutes.

No, all NOW provide is the router. You can try splitting the bands which should help with reliability and speed.

https://help.nowtv.com/article/improve-broadband-speed

Any other devices you need to source yourself from a third party retailer.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Can we take it then, that splitting the bands solved the problem, or did you accept the answer before trying this?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
