Ok so I have been with Now TV for about a month now.
I was with BT before, I had a 35MB connection and I generally got 35MB
Since joining NOW I signed up for the 35MB connection and I generally get this from early morning until about 3pm
After this time it varies between 0.5 & 4MB, NOW can provide me now answer, as all the line tests show me getting full speed, of up to 40MB, I have two openreach engineers out (tyoically early afternoon when its running ok) and they can find no faults.
I have had two routers sent to me, and also used my WIFI or LAN connection.
There is only me in the property, so there is not lots of connections
even with just my laptop connected via Lan i get the ridiculous slow speed
help needs

Same issue here - I get around 1mbps down and 18mbps up (my guaranteed speed's 80mb down and 18mb up).
Had several engineers out and two different routers but to no avail.
Have you managed to fix your slow broadband?
