No email confirmation for broadband order

Can anyone help, I have ordered broadband however the confirmation screen is blank and I have been searching the website for 2 days for a contact number to sort this out but no joy. 
I have not received the email confirmation either. 
please help

Anything showing under My Account > Orders & Appointments or Message Centre whilst logged in on here that NowTV have received your order request ?

Sounds to me then that the order didn't go through (unless you used a different email address).

 

If it was me i would pop over to live chat for further assistance & help.

I've had no email at all confirming my order of broadband. On hold for hours on telephone, and the live chat is a robot.
