Hi
How on earth do you request a DLM reset with this provider? I have no interest in the test my whatever, I would just like the line profile to be reset with openreach or set to an open profile.
I do not wish to ring any Indian call centres, as the gentleman will probably not even know what line profile is. This is a simple request, surely you are able to do this online or atleast request it? Failing that, its probably easier to move to another provider who can.
Any help is much appreaciated.
Thanks

The call centres are NOT in India but in Scotland and England.
You will not receive broadband support by staff on here. As I have never seen it in all my time of using the forum.
Have you tried a factory reset to the router indicated in the link below?

Otherwise you will have to call the broadband team using the number in the below link.

Call centres, for now are in Derry and Belfast in Northern Ireland, Livingstone Scotland, and Derby England.
I say for now as they are run by a company called first source.
Sky will be moving call centre operations to an Indian call centre provider soon ( if not already)
and with that the Now broadband call centre will also close down to be replaced with a cheaper indian call centre

You don't say whether you have an ADSL, or FTTC service. With the former it should be a simple matter of calling the support team. With the latter, DLM is automatically controlled by Openreach. What SNR margins are you seeing in your router interface presently?
