I need a replacement router. I've tried using the live chat but it's not letting me connect and I don't like talking over the phone. Is there another way to contact them?

Have you tried pressing the reset button on the back of the Router for about 10 seconds ?
How do you know you need a replacement Router, where it could be there is a fault on your incoming internet line.
If you are not comfortable phoning the NowTV Broadband Team, then send them an email instead (use the email address on this screen shot below).
