Download Issues

Has anyone had any issues with downloading from certain sites since being with Now. I recently changed to Now and can no longer download material from a mainstream organisation I regularly receive emails from related to work. All ideas welcome. Thanks, Mike

Hi Mike

First, I'm not a Now TV BB and Phone customer and so do not know the terms and conditions that govern the use of their supplied equipment.

Second, I have read that Now TV BB  has something called Broadband Buddy which is primarily there to protect children or some such, see the article here:

I would suggest you switch this feature off.
