No one can hear me on the phone. Can't get on to Help Centre, doesn't come up on IPad. Wish I was with any other supplier !

Don't know if you managed to contact nowtv, but if you are a broadband customer where under My Account > My Package (under moving home) there should be a contact telephone number and asked to be transferred to the relevant broadband help team (hopefully you have a mobile to contact them on).
