Going around in circles

Broadband has been off for 11 hours, NOW states the issue is at their end and to phone up with number provided, the voicemail is just telling there's an issue!! Onto the complaints page, going through the help boxes which always returns to the start of the help boxes, terrible customer service

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
