broadband engineer no show

broadband engineer was due to come out yesterday between 8 and 1pm, didnt show up and my now box also has not yet arrived, was due to go live on the 24th (yesterday)

NowTV Internet Connectivity

Only 2 lights on my NowTV Hub are showing - the one that isn’t is the internet one. I’ve tried restarting my Hub multiple times but it doesn’t seem to have worked. Is it an issue my end or Now’s end?
