Long ping times on public IP address - SR7 area

Anyone else have sluggish internet performance in the SR7 area?

Confirmed that my internal network is ok.

From my Windows lap top, pinged:

Loopback address - ok

My internal IP address - ok

Default Gateway (the router) - ok

No other devices running on my internal network that could cause traffic.

However, pinging my public IP address shows this behaviour - wildly variable ping times:

Tried talking to a NowTV rep over messaging and got cut off in the process.

BT OpenReach apparently hunting down fibre issues in the area - who knows.

3 day this has been happening - nothing on NowTV service status page.

@Anonymous User Welcome to the forum. Rather than trying to get in touch over live chat, I'd suggest giving the broadband team a call and see if they can test at their end. You can find the telephone number for the Broadband Team by going to your My Account > My Package page

https://account.nowtv.com/my-package

and click the Moving Home section.
