Help me

Mobile phone signal in the village I live in is terrible.I have tried phoning and keep getting cut off because it drops signal.my Broadband is working ok but I need the landline and that isn’t working. I need to book an engineer. Helpppp

Email customerservices@ nowtv.com (without the embedded space) with all the details, and it will be passed to the Broadband team for their attention.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Who is your mobile provider? If they support Wi-Fi calling and your mobile does also, you can make calls over your broadband. Here is the setting on my Redmi.
