There is no specific times with the NOW router where you can have the Wi-Fi on or not. You need to do it manually.
As for parental controls you want the broadband buddy.

As far as i know the Now routr does not offer any controlss with regards to device speffic access - that is where you can turn a devices wifi access on or off at certain times, or limit what certain devices can access.
There is a thing called "broadband buddy" although it seems to be a bit of a blunt instrument that can impact and affect other legitimate services.
Other third party routers will/may do what you need
I use a TP link router - theres an online emulator where you can try out the user interface here:
https://emulator.tp-link.com/VR2800V1_Emulator_2017042605/index.htm
parental controls are under the advanced tab at the top, then parental controls left menu .
one thing to be war of, is that the link just goes to a test / demonstration site for a routers user interface and settings, it will not change the settings on your own router, even if it is of the same make/model as the emulator/demo
other models are here https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/emulator/

My Now Router lives in the box it came in, safely put away, so if i need to use it in the case of a line fault i can plug it back in.
The TP link router completely replaces the Now router , as like the Now router it has a built in modem
